    Developed a system for central registration for Delhi University Hostel System. Also implemented the system for five academic years for Central Office for Hostels between 1988-1993. Developed and implemented information system for Payroll and Students Record Maintenance in Mansarowar Hostel, University of Delhi. Developed and implemented Admissions System, Payroll System and Residents Information System in University Hostel for Women, University of Delhi. Member Committee on Examinations in University of Delhi, formed to streamle the Revaluation Process. Member Computer Coordination Committee of University of Delhi constituted to look after various installations and decide on new hardware and software installations. Resident Tutor of the University of Delhi Hostel for four consecutive terms between July, 1987 to April, 1994 Chairman of the Managing Committee of the oldest hostels - Gwyer Hall and Jubilee Hall, University of Delhi. Member of the Committee for DU Foundation Day Awards, 2017 & 2018. Member of the Internal Quality Assurance Committee for University of Delhi, 2018. Member of the Committee to organize, implement and monitor a systematic revision of Undergraduate and Postgraduate courses of University of Delhi. Undertook process improvement of Examination Branch and major reforms as Dean(Examinations) of University of Delhi, right from physical infrastructure to systemic renovation. Member (VC Nominee) of Selection Committee for appointments at DU Colleges/Institutes such as Shri Ram College of Commerce; Shaheed Sukhdev College of Business Studies; Patel Chest Institute; Zakir Husain Delhi College; S.P.Mukherji College; Kalindi College; Ram Lal Anand College; B.R.Ambedkar College; Maitreyi College; Kirori Mal College and many others. VC Nominee to the Board of Research Studies, Faculty of Commerce/Faculty of Education and VC Nominee to the Departmental Research Committee of Department of Financial Studies and Department of Economics, University of Delhi. Member of the Committee constituted by the VC to prepare an e-tender document for inviting bids for conducting on-line examination for the recruitment of non-teaching staff of DU. Member and Co-Chairman of the Committee constituted by the VC to examine the present examination system and to suggest possible reforms to make the system more robust and responsive at DU. Chairman of the Committee constituted by the VC to examine the present Research Project Procurement System and to suggest a more robust and effective system at DU.
